Suppliers Named For Q1 2011 iPad Refresh

There's not a lot of juicy info here, but it seems that some Chinese component makers have been confirmed as the first-tier manufacturers for the new iPad. The timing appears to put the new iPad in early 2011, almost certainly in January, a year after the initial launch.
