One of the earliest Apple relics (no, we're not talking about Steve Job's first turtleneck sweatshirt ever) is already on auction at Christie's, where the Apple I personal computer will start from an estimated $160,000 with the potential of a $240,000 upside. Of course, only around 200 of these were hand-built by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, with a rather interesting price figure of $666.66. Talk about a phenomenal return on investment that even Warren Buffet would have failed to spot. Even after you take $666.66 in 1976 dollars and adjust it for inflation, it still won't touch the $160,000 opening price. Currently, around 30 to 50 of these puppies are still in existence, so if you're feeling flush, you might want to place a bid for this.
